Job Description

Catawba Valley Healthcare seeks a full time qualified professional with at least 1- 2 year's experience with SPMI population to work as part of a ACT team based out of Hickory NC. This position will carry out rehabilitation and support functions that assist in treatment: substance use services, education, support and consultation to families, and crisis intervention under the clinical supervision of psychiatrist and team leader. Serve as the employment specialist and or vocational specialist for the team. Must meet Qualified Professional status according to 10A NCAC 27G.0104.
