Primary Role:

A TMSA virtual Success Coach builds strong relationships with students to ensure engagement, persistence, and academic success in a virtual environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required Experience in advising, counseling, or student support preferred

Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Monitors student engagement, attendance, and performance Conducts regular student check-ins and goal-setting sessions Supports MTSS interventions and student success plans Communicates regularly with families Collaborates with teachers and leadership to support students Builds strong, positive relationships with students Other duties assigned by the Principal
