This role combines employment placement, scheduling, client support, and community outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about helping others achieve greater independence through employment. Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with local employers and identify employment opportunities for program participants. Coordinate job placements and assist individuals in transitioning successfully into the workplace. Manage schedules and staffing assignments to ensure appropriate coverage. Conduct workplace visits and quality checks to support positive outcomes for both participants and employers. Respond to staffing concerns and provide support when schedule changes or coverage issues arise. Serve as a liaison between participants, employers, families, and internal team members. Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with program requirements. Promote participant success through coaching, encouragement, and ongoing support. Qualifications Previous experience in vocational rehabilitation, disability services, case management, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build professional relationships with employers and community partners. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient with basic computer systems and documentation. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday daytime hours. Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities may be required to support program needs. Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$55,000+ annually, depending on experience.
