as a Day Services Manager or coordinator in Omaha, NE, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients through engaging and supportive day programs. We are looking for passionate individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a difference in their community.Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily activities and programs that promote social interaction and skill development. Provide personalized support to clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the day. Monitor and document client progress and well-being, reporting any concerns to the management team. Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance client engagement. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all clients and staff. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized service plans. Assist with transportation and mobility needs for clients as necessary. Build strong relationships with clients and their families to foster trust and communication.Requirements:
High school diploma or Associate; relevant experience in human services preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Experience with developmental disabilities or mental health support is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.About Us:
