Supported Employment Specialist

As a Supported Employment Specialist some of your duties will be to provide direct individual services to patients in the Supportive Employment Program. You will provide vocational counseling and rehabilitative services as well as provide support for patients around vocational planning, job seeking and retention. You will investigate and follow up on employment and training opportunities for patients. You will assist patients to maintain community living by teaching activities of daily living, personal care, and promote independent and productive habits to patients in the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services Field with an emphasis in mental health and/or vocational rehab preferred but not required. One to two years of experience with emphasis in mental health preferred, or lived experience. Benefits

50/hour with a $2,000 sign on bonus. Per LRMHC's Drivers Policy, the employee must have 100/300/100 personal car insurance continuously throughout their employment, be 21 years or older and able to pass a comprehensive yearly motor vehicle record check.
