Employment Specialist

Employment Network Team is a community-based agency seeking a part-time employment specialist to work with individuals with disabilities to find community employment within Burlington and Mercer County. Our agency provides assessments, job preparation, job placement, and coaching to students, youth, and adults with disabilities referred from the DVRS and local school districts from the above counties. We prefer candidates with experience working with individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and community employment development. A minimum of an associate degree. Valid Driver's License and vehicle. Candidates must be computer-literate (typing and utilizing software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, and the internet • Organization and time management, with specific deadlines, are essential for this position. If you're bilingual, please indicate the languages you are fluent in, position does not require a bilingual individual. We seek an individual with excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills who can work independently and collaboratively within a team. Our Employment Specialists / Job Coaches exude energy, reliability, effective communication, initiative, and a strong desire to contribute to the community. Being flexible is crucial in providing services to our clients and meeting the demands of the position. The candidate must be capable of managing people seeking employment.
