Job Summary:

As the Team Supervisor in our Intercept Program, you will oversee, guide, and support the four (4) Family Intervention Specialist in their day-to-day responsibilities. You will provide clinical direction to the specialist based on the program model, which requires bi-weekly case review, facilitation of weekly group supervision, staffing red flag cases, and overseeing service plan development to ensure case progress.

What You Will Do:

Ensure quality case documentation, conduct customer surveys, and monitor contractual and funding requirements. Assist with coverage for the team, support staff when attending court meetings, and conduct field supervision. See:

Master's Degree in the field of social work, psychology, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in social services with two-years experience in social services. one-year related experience in counseling or case management A valid driver's license must be insurable by the agency's automobile insurance.
