Management Organization Compensation:
$80,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary, based on experience

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Labor Management Analyst for our corporate office in Toms River, NJ. This is a full-time, in-person position with no travel required. The Analyst will own labor management for a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities, monitoring staffing levels, labor spend, and PBJ (Payroll-Based Journal) reporting, and partnering with facility and corporate leadership to keep labor performance on target. Qualifications of the
Labor Management Analyst:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency SQL and Power BI experience strongly preferred Healthcare, SNF, or labor management experience a plus Responsibilities of the
Labor Management Analyst:
Manage labor analytics and reporting for an assigned portfolio of SNFs Prepare and submit accurate PBJ reporting in compliance with CMS requirements Analyze staffing patterns, overtime, and labor spend to identify savings opportunities Partner with facility administrators and the Director of Labor Management on staffing targets and corrective actions If you're a skilled and experienced analyst looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a growing SNF management organization, we want YOU to apply!
