Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a dynamic role focused on empowering individuals through employment readiness and career development. This position plays a critical part in guiding participants toward self-sufficiency by delivering wrap around services. This includes facilitating training workshops, coordinating learning activities, and fostering strong community partnerships. • Fosters collaboration with other agencies with a focus on helping participants to prepare for employment that leads to self-sufficiency.
• Schedule and conduct workshops, webinars. and other classroom activities designed to prepare students for career pathways.
• Coordinate online learning activities; assigns appropriate courses related to individual employment plans and goals, and monitors progress
• Administer Pre/Post-test assessments per curriculum and course certification documented in various case management systems.
• Collaborate with area businesses, advisory groups, and agencies to encourage the further development of school-to-work opportunities.
• Pre-screen potential participants for program eligibility. Keep accurate tracking/notes regarding participant progress.
• Investigate and share ideas regarding post-secondary options and adult services and network with all appropriate community agencies and organizations.
• Develop rapport with participants in order to mutually explore career options and interests.
• Work with participants individually or in groups to problem solve employment issues.
• All other training and training management duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and/or a combination of education and experience can be considered with a minimum High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of instructional design and facilitation experience, preferably related to career preparation. Strong facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning background Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lead learning processes and relate to diverse populations Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
