Starting at $21.50/hr + mileage + paid training This is NOT a typical job coach position. This is an opportunity to help someone continue building independence, confidence, employment skills, and community connections while making a real impact every single week. We are seeking an outgoing, dependable, organized individual to provide one-on-one support to Naome, who works with Racers 4 Autism — a nonprofit focused on creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with special needs. Naome was the very first person hired as part of fulfilling that mission.

This role includes:

✔ Supporting daily work responsibilities in an office environment ✔ Transportation to/from the job site and community activities ✔ Assisting with outreach and communication ✔ Helping with organization, scheduling, and task management ✔ Encouraging independence while being a reliable support system

Typical Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Some Mondays No Fridays Primary job site: New Karner Rd., Albany NY (Client located in Clifton Park / Halfmoon area)

Skills That Matter:

Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Excellent grammar and professionalism Google Drive & Microsoft Office proficiency Spreadsheet/data organization skills Dependable, punctual, flexible Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills Reliable vehicle & comfort driving throughout the Capital Region Experience as a Job Coach is preferred — but we will train the right person.

BONUS OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE HOURS

Additional Community Habilitation (Com Hab) hours may be available for someone seeking more hours.
