with On-Demand Pay•Student and Camper Engagement Specialist (DSP) The Student and Camper Engagement Specialist (DSP) plays a vital role in supporting individuals enrolled in the Otsego Academy (OA) Program, a post-secondary program designed to enhance independent living, social, and employment skills for students with disabilities. Throughout the academic year, this role focuses on student engagement, skill-building, and dorm life coordination. During the summer months, the position transitions into a camp counselor role, leading enrichment activities and fostering personal growth in a camp-style environment. This is a dynamic, hands-on role, and is ideal for someone who thrives in both structured educational settings and interactive summer experiences, with a passion for empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve success. Required Qualifications Valid NYS Driver's license 1 year experience working with people with intellectual disabilities The hourly rate of pay starts at $16.75 an hour and is commensurate with experience.
