Job Description

Description Do you want to be a change agent in one of the highest performing organizations in New York, and support community-based healthcare providers and integrated social risk factors into patient care? This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about learning technology and user experience, and about working with a dynamic group to advance healthcare innovation.
Position Overview:
The 1115 Waiver Engagement Associate will support day-to-day operational and project-based activities, working closely with internal teams and external healthcare providers. This role offers hands-on experience in provider engagement and workflow improvement initiatives, with exposure to healthcare workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative and project-related tasks as assigned by supervisors or team members
  • Communicate with healthcare providers via email, fax, and phone to support ongoing initiatives
  • Present
CAIPA POC
workflows and installation processes to providers' offices
  • Learn and utilize relevant software tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with external stakeholders
  • Prioritize and complete assigned projects timely Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledge effectively
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
  • High level of professionalism and adherence to company policies and ethical standards
  • Willing to travel locally to provider offices 20% of the time This is a grant funded position.
