Starting Wage:

Your Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct job skills training and supervision in community and facility-based work settings. Support individuals in developing positive work habits, social skills, and independence. Build and maintain relationships with employers to create and sustain meaningful job opportunities. Assist with vocational assessments, job site setup, and development of training materials. Monitor and document individual progress, behaviors, and program outcomes. Serve as a positive role model, encouraging professional and personal growth. Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and reviews to support person-centered employment goals.
What You Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; OR Associate's degree + 1 year relevant experience; OR High school diploma + 2 years related vocational or human services experience.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
Valid NYS driver's license and ability to meet agency driving requirements.
Physical Ability:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively support individuals in various work environments.
Qualities:
Enthusiasm, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others achieve independence through employment.
