Job Description
Intervention Specialist - Full-Time - $41/hr Therapy Source is seeking an Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person support for elementary charter school students. This full-time position is available for the upcoming school year. Position Details
- $41 per hour
- Full-Time
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Elementary Students
- Pull-out service model Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead)
- School certification in Ohio
- Current required clearances (or willingness to obtain)
- Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Responsibilities May Include
- Providing specially designed instruction aligned to student needs
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting instruction using data
- Creating a positive, structured learning environment
- Supporting students, families, and general education staff
- Coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills
- Developing effective IEPs with measurable outcomes
