• $42•45/hr Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to provide in-person services in a charter high school setting for the current school year.

This role supports students in both academic and Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs. Position Details Full-Time 7:30 AM

• 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch) In-person services Charter high school environment Current school year assignment Qualifications Qualifications Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (Resident Educator, Professional, Senior, or Lead) School certification in Ohio Current clearances (or willingness to obtain) Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) Responsibilities May Include Delivering specially designed instruction to support student achievement Monitoring progress and adjusting instruction based on data Creating a positive, structured, achievement-focused classroom Supporting students, parents, and general education staff Mentoring and coaching students in self-regulation and organizational skills Developing effective IEPs with measurable results Participating in multidisciplinary meetings Enjoy scheduling flexibility, impressive hourly rates, and amazing support from our dedicated account team!
