Responsibilities Provide coaching and mentorship to youth participants, supporting their engagement in summer employment programs Assist youth in developing job skills, including interviewing techniques, workplace etiquette, and task management Conduct training sessions on workplace behavior, social skills, and disability awareness to ensure inclusive environments Monitor participant progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate achievements to motivate continued growth Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, progress reports, and program activities Support participants with special needs by applying knowledge of developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and addiction counseling strategies Qualifications Demonstrated understanding of employment & labor law relevant to youth employment programs Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable Strong background in teaching, mentoring, and social work principles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse audiences Passionate about empowering youth through education, skill-building, and supportive coaching This paid Summer Youth Job Coach position offers an exciting chance to develop your leadership skills while making a lasting difference in young people's lives. Session 1 June 8th - July 9th, 2026 (with a possibility of a second session starting on July 13th, 2026) and a one-day training before June 9th dates toTBA Hours:
