Job Description
Job Overview Ohio Business College is seeking an energetic and relationship-driving Career Services Director to support student career success and strengthen partnerships with employers throughout the community. This position plays a key role in developing clinical and employer relationships, generating leads and referral opportunities, participating in local career fairs, and assisting graduates with job placement within their field of training. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with employers and clinical sites. Lead and manage a team of career counselors, recruiters, and administrative staff to deliver high-impact services Conduct regular visits to clinical sites Assist students with resume writing, interviewing skills, and professional development Coordinate and participate in career fairs. Track placement activity, employer contacts, and graduate placement Maintain compliance with institutional, accreditor, and all other regulatory agencies for placement reporting requirements. Skills Exceptional public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently Proven experience in interviewing techniques, recruiting strategies, and employer relations Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and external partners Have a positive attitude and belief in the principles and educational philosophy of the school
