No problem. We hire for heart and train for skill. Are you a patient, encouraging person who loves seeing others reach their goals? Job Connection LLC is looking for On-Call Job Coaches . If you have ever helped a friend learn a new skill, mentored a teammate, or just enjoy helping people, you already have the foundation to be a great Job Coach. What is a Job Coach? Think of yourself as a "professional mentor." You'll be on-site at a local business, working 1-on-1 with an individual with a disability to help them master their new job.

Your day-to-day involves:

Hands-on Guidance:

Helping a client learn their daily tasks step-by-step.

Building Confidence:

Offering encouragement as they get used to their new coworkers and environment.

Problem Solving:

Helping the client find the best way to stay organized and successful at work.

Communication:

Providing brief, simple updates to the team on how the shift went. Why This Role is Great for
