Job Description
Employment Specialist
- Goodwill Industries of Lane & South Coast Counties & Alaska Job Description Provide employment-related education, support, guidance, training, and job opportunities to individuals through our workforce development programs.
EXPERIENCE
Two years related experience and training or equivalent. Knowledge of or experience working with the business community. Experience assisting individuals with self-sufficiency, vocational goals or related counseling practices preferred. Proficient knowledge of basic office software. Ability to utilize Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and data management systems. Knowledge of and ability to present in virtual platforms.EDUCATION
High school diploma orG.E.D. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Current valid Alaska or Oregon Driver License and insurable driving record.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF WORK REQUIREMENTS

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The work environment for this position is not constant. Occasional travel between locations is expected.WORK HOURS
