With a budget of approximately $12 million and more than 110 staff, we help people and change lives on a daily basis. GECAC helps people throughout Erie County break the cycle of poverty, be self-sufficient, and achieve financial independence. There are two available positions with flexible hours, running from April 2026 to September 2026.

Job Summary:

Perform select workforce development services for the Erie County Bright Futures Program Assist with information and orientation sessions for program participants Provide mentoring to ECBF youth employees and assistance to ECBF partner employers for the duration of the program Help coordinate workshops and trainings Assist in data collection and reporting

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred Excellent customer service skills Highly motivated with strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and through graphic presentations Knowledge of community resources Proficiency with MS Office Flexible schedule Must have own transportation, with a valid PA driver's license and auto insurance as required Additional requirements: Act 33, 34 & FBI Clearances.
