Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Job Coach. As a Community Job Coach, you will play a crucial role supporting individuals with disabilities attain goals of community employment. The position starts at 12.15 an hour, but will be increased to 13.65 an hour upon completion of the Acres training.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; or
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in industrial work, sheltered workshop, or another rehabilitative program; or
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • ACRE Certification (preferred, but not required)
  • Criminal Background Clearance
