Specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis, Functional Behavioral Assessments and Supervisory Excellence Leadership and Professional Development Opportunities Opportunity to work with a number of external stakeholders and adult service providers A great mix of community based and office/administrative based work settings Work with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, Licensed Psychologist and Social Workers Devereux's Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) provides social and vocational programs/services for young adults (21+ years), diagnosed with Autism, who have aged out of the educational system. Office location is in Wayne, PA however, the position is community-based and out in the field. The hours are M-F day shift, but does require some flexibility depending on activities, events and your case load. The Employment Integration Specialist coordinates and facilitates access to clients in the Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) and the Community Supported Employment Program (CSE). Ensures that authorizations for services are obtained and revised. Establishes and maintains community-based sites to be utilized as vocational opportunities for assigned individuals. Provides job assessment, career development, skill training and individualized support in obtaining, maintaining and enhancing community-based employment and social activities/participation. Monitors service delivery, utilization and team cohesiveness. Evaluates and uses data to support the continuing need for services. Monday

Payrate:

Sponsored Qualifications:

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Vocational/Rehabilitation Education, Psychology, Education or related field

Preferred Experience :

Experience working with adolescents and/or adults with an autism spectrum disorder preferred. Experience with ABA instructional methods, case management and/or counseling experience preferred. Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills required. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service. Must be able to adapt to rapidly changing demands of the position, customer needs, and the organization. Proficient computer skills and mastery in Microsoft Office applications. Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle that you are comfortable transporiting clients in.
