Must have Daytime availability. Travel is 90% Must have a working computer. Responsibilities include the completion of a functional assessment; the development of a behavioral support plan which includes strategies to support the individual based upon assessment; the provision of training to individuals, staff, parents, and caregivers and ongoing face-to-face contact/meetings with the person and their team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, Master's Preferred in Human Services, or related field Minimum of two years working directly with individuals with ID/A; preferably adults Driver's License and reliable vehicle Proficient and professional writing and communication skills Knowledge of web-based data systems Additional Details
