Job Coach to join the team throughout the Pittsburgh area. BAYADA's Employment Specialist - Job Coach - work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Job coaches will assist to explore, seek, choose and acquire and maintain employment. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Impact:

Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual Making an impact on the community

Compensation & Schedule:
