Schedule:

Part-Time, Thursdays/Fridays Preferred No Experience Needed (all training is paid!) The individuals we serve are employed throughout Centre County, mostly in State CollegeBellefonte.

SchedulePay Starting pay:

$19/hour $600 sign-on/stay-on bonus Additional $1/hour shift differentials for late nights, weekends, and holidays ( differentials can stack !) Opportunities to pick up extra shifts and overtime (time-and-a-half) Benefits 26 hours of paid training per year 6 premium holidays annually; time-and-a-half pay for hourly employees who work those holidays Mileage reimbursed at $0.725/mile Required Qualifications 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license (agency vehicles provided for community outings) TB test and physical Able to lift 50 poundsassist with physical supports such as lifting, bending, standing, etc. Three (3) months experience working with individuals with a disability, or equivalent amount of sales/business/management experience Must be able to attain transportation to/from various work locations as scheduled Preferred, but

Not Required:

Six (6) months experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism (IDD/A) Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, or healthcare What You'll Do Provide job coaching or follow-along services to adults with IDD/A at their place of employment. Our individuals are employed throughout Centre County, mostly in State CollegeBellefonte. Support individuals in developing work-related skills, behaviors, and attitudes Identify employment opportunities, assist in resume development, provide interview practice Provide training, supervision, and feedback to the individual in the completion of their assigned work duties to promote independence, success, and job retention Build meaningful relationships while making a difference every day
