Position Overview We are currently hiring a Supportive Employment Specialist for a flexible full-time or part-time position . This is a hybrid role combining Supportive Employment (1:1 job coaching) and Day Habilitation services (group and individual support) . This position plays a key role in helping individuals succeed in real-world work environments while also supporting skill-building and community engagement. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 job coaching for individuals working in the community Transport clients to and from work and community activities Support individuals in learning, maintaining, and improving job skills Offer guidance, encouragement, and redirection to promote independence Assist with Day Habilitation services , including both group activities and 1:1 support Help clients build daily living, social, and workplace skills Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent care Maintain clear and accurate documentation of progress What We're Looking For Reliable personal vehicle with valid driver's license and current auto insurance (REQUIRED) Current CPR/First Aid certification Current negative TB test Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to model appropriate workplace behavior and professionalism Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Experience in caregiving, job coaching, or vocational support is a plus Schedule Full-Time or Part-Time options available Primarily Monday-Friday (daytime hours) Combination of community-based work and on-site support Why Join Golden Hearts?
