Job Description:
StevenDouglas is partnering with a client in North Dallas in their search for an Interim Fractional FP&A Consultant with healthcare industry experience. This position would work approximately 20 hours/week and would be in office on a hybrid basis. The expected duration is 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling across combined entities Build out a consolidated template to integrate financials Shadow the outgoing Director and lead structured knowledge transfer Create desktop procedures and process documentation for all of the FP&A functions Identify, track and manage integration synergies IT outsourcing project support Other special projects as identified
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance FP&A background to the Director or VP level Healthcare industry experience required - must have working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial payer environments Strong proficiency in MS Excel Tableau, Power BI and Intacct experience is preferred Ability to work independently and interface directly with senior leadership
