Responsibilities
- No prior industry experience required
- Meet with clients on Zoom to help them enroll in our benefit programs
- Explain options in a clear, simple, and relatable way
- Use basic computer skills (email, Zoom, online systems) daily
- Follow a proven process with training and support provided
- Work independently while being part of a supportive team
- Grow your skills, income, and career through ongoing coaching Industry leaders will train all new canidates, but you must be:
- Coachable and demonstrate high integrity
- have a desire to help others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
