- Non Classified Position Overview Join the Center for Scholar Development team as an SSS Transfer Advisor, you will have a primary role in creating an affirming environment for first generation, low-income and/or students with disabilities through holistic advising, community programming, and connecting students with travel and leadership opportunities.
Required Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education, College Student Personnel, Counseling, or related field.Experience:
A minimum of two years' experience working in higher education and advising college students. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual Experience working with transfer student populations. Does this position have Direct Reports? No Environmental Conditions The employee is not exposed to known adverse environmental conditions. Position Details FLSA Exempt Salary Grade 9NC Full Time / Part Time Full-time Proposed Starting Salary Range $55,000- 58,000 Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Occasional weekend and evening hours.
