Career Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Career Specialist/Case Manager to join our workforce development team serving Beaufort and Jasper Counties through the WIOA program. The Career Specialist will provide comprehensive case management and employment services to program participants. Responsibilities include outreach and recruitment, determining program eligibility, maintaining documentation, conducting assessments, facilitating workshops, developing community resources, and guiding participants through individualized employment and training plans that lead to successful employment outcomes. This position is performance-driven and requires the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong customer service and professionalism. Knowledge of or the ability to follow WIOA policies, procedures, and local guidelines is essential. BA/BS degree preferred.
