Career Coach (Bilingual Spanish) EmployReward Solutions, Inc. Overview Description Do you enjoy making a difference in other people's lives? ERS, Inc. (EmployReward Solutions) partners with the Social Security Administration as a federal contractor under the Ticket to Work Program ( https://www.ssa.gov/work/ ). We serve as a support system and resource for people with disabilities aiming to reenter the workplace or find employment for the first time, with the goal of achieving financial independence. We're the HOPE that HELPS ! Seeking candidates to fill a Full-Time Career Coach (Bilingual Spanish) position, Monday-Friday. It is imperative for the person filling this position to demonstrate empathy and patience, resourcefulness, and thinking outside the box while offering clear and positive information.

Available shift hours:

9AM-6PM available

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain contact with beneficiaries to build and maintain relationships and to actively promote career opportunities Perform various services to ensure client success (i.e. housing, education, and transportation support services) Assist clients in maintaining their employment Discuss goals and help strategize methods for improvement Maintain client personal information Identify customer needs through active listening to generate interest, establish eligibility, and determine service needs (e.g., job searches, resume writing) Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system Ensure customer understanding of all program protections and services offered Creating a "WOW" factor in every interaction through exceptional communication skills, taking ownership of the interaction

REQUIRED

Bilingual Spanish High School Diploma Strategic decision making and problem-solving skills Passionate, articulate, empathetic, patient, and caring Ability to multi-task, meet goals, objectives, and expectations Flexibility, attention to detail, and time management Capable of passing and maintaining a security clearance

PREFERRED

Experience in counseling and workforce development Proficient communication skills - both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office Ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with disabilities Associates or Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Business, or Related)
