Associate Relations Leader Human Resources Greer , South Carolina MAU is hiring an Associate Relations Leader in Greer, SC. As an Associate Relations Leader, you will drive associate engagement, oversee HR-related functions, and ensure alignment with customer performance goals in a manufacturing environment. 6:30 PM - 6:00 AM Additional hours as needed Career Path On-site Supervisor/Manager Business Unit Leader Headcount Leader Safety Specialist/Manager HR Business Partner Staffing Specialist/Supervisor Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred Education and Experience 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or human resources Lean Greenbelt certification Root cause analysis training Bilingual (Spanish and English) General Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to collaborate and work in team environments Experience with payroll, reporting, and analytics Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism Above-average computer proficiency Essential Functions Promote and maintain a safe work culture Manage associate HR functions including onboarding, payroll, attendance, and performance counseling Maintain and audit employee records and timekeeping data Conduct investigations and administer corrective actions Collaborate with customer leadership and internal stakeholders Lead onboarding sessions and communicate company policies and procedures Participate in shift start-up and production meetings Engage regularly with associates and clients (80% floor presence) Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Provide coaching, counseling, and performance feedback Support employee engagement and referral initiatives Work Environment and Physical Demands Work performed in both office and manufacturing environments Exposure to industrial equipment and varying environmental conditions, including non-temperature-controlled areas and cleanroom settings Use of standard office equipment Physical Requirements Lift 5-20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally Stand or walk for up to 4 hours at a time Climb stairs multiple times per day Sit for extended periods (up to 4 hours)
