Our near-peer advising model provides recent college graduates with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while gaining valuable professional experience. Position Overview We are seeking a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field who is passionate about mentoring students and helping them navigate their post-secondary journey. As a College & Career Advisor , you will serve in a high school setting within the Tri-Cities area , assisting students in exploring and achieving their college and career goals. Openings in Greene County and Carter County. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one and group advising to high school students regarding college applications, financial aid, scholarships, and career exploration . Guide students and families through FAFSA completion, college enrollment steps, and other post-secondary planning milestones . Organize and facilitate college visits, workshops, and informational sessions . Collaborate with school staff, community partners, and college admissions representatives. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress. Qualifications Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree (any field) . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for education, mentoring, and student success. Ability to work independently while collaborating with school and program staff.
