Job Description

Worthwhile Endeavors is seeking a Job Skills Trainer to provide employment support and job coaching services for individuals with disabilities. This is a contract position to start, approximately 5 weeks in duration, with the possibility of additional assignments based on company needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
Provide one on one job coaching and skills training at community job sites Teach job tasks, workplace expectations, and soft skills Communicate professionally with employers, families, and team members Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with individuals with disabilities UNTWISE Job Skills Training certification preferred Experience in special education, vocational rehabilitation, supported employment, job coaching, or related fields Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage documentation requirements If you are dependable, patient, and passionate about helping individuals succeed in the workplace, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
