Career Placement Coordinator

Integrity Health & Education is seeking an experienced and proactive Career Placement Coordinator to support student and graduate employment efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment, employer outreach, and career coaching experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide career counseling and job readiness support, including resume review and interview preparation Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners Coordinate job placements, internships, and interview scheduling Organize career fairs, networking events, and employer sessions Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate candidate records

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Counseling, Education, or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, career services, or academic advising Must have career placement experience within an educational institution Willing to travel within the DFW area (Denton, Dallas, Fort Worth) Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple candidates and employer relationships simultaneously We are looking for a seasoned professional who can effectively support both candidates and hiring partners in achieving successful placement outcomes

Part-time, Contract Pay:

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
