Day-To-Day:
Assists clients in identifying career interests and goals. Reviews clients' resumes and cover letters and provides feedback. Conduct intensive one on one coaching sessions to help clients resolve barriers to employment and host customized workshops that help clients establish social networks and build relationships among members to actively promote their career. Develops and maintains potential employment advancement with industry recognized credentials. Holds lunch and learns to educate clients who are searching for the right career path. Submits accurate program reports in a timely manner. Assists clients with job search skills, making contact with prospective employers and completing job applications. Attends job development/hiring events to engage with employers. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in human services field plus two years transferable case management experience. Master's degree preferred. Bilingual preferred. Valid Texas Drivers' License, clear MVR and ability to be insured. Make a living by making a difference. Apply online today!
