CENTER RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes all personal timekeeping, travel reporting and other paperwork in a timely manner Maintains professional attire and grooming appropriate for specific job position Demonstrates punctual and regular attendance on the job Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities Supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the ESC Upholds and adheres to safety rules and policies of the ESC Performs professional responsibilities as required by ESC policies, processes, and procedures Meets proficiency levels of required technology skills as outlined by supervisor Incorporates appropriate technology in daily work and exhibits continual growth in technologies as outlined by supervisor Exhibits professionalism in all situations at the ESC Develops collaborative and positive relationships with schools and co-workers Exhibits planning and leadership on assigned tasks and projects Ability to take initiative and exhibit innovative thinking Keeps supervisor advised of all pertinent financial and operations business Ability to handle constructive criticism in a positive manner Evidence of following-up and following-through with services Evidence of professional loyalty Other duties as assigned by supervisorDEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to handle and see topletion multiple projects simultaneously and on deadline Demonstrates positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills Willing to work as a member of a team but also independently Upholds confidentiality of the information processed in all work, if required Attends all called meetings including departmental staff meetings, work team meetings, and general staff meetings Actively contributes to assigned work teams Develops andpetently implements an individual work plan that clearly contributes to the aplishment of departmental, Leadership and Instruction Team, and organizational goals Analyzes metrics, evaluates oues, and makes adjustments to optimize impact of work Demonstrates amitment to provide exceptional customer service Delivers exceptional professional learning experiencesPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and lead the Northeast Texas Career Alliance (NTCA) to include fulfilling all responsibilities as outlined in the NTCA Partnership Memorandum of Understanding Lead opportunities to grow NTCA partnerships and pathways Build industry partnerships and connect LEAs with opportunities for work-based learning Provide advising supports on topics such as FAFSA, College Preparatory Exams, Graduation Planning, Career Exploration, and Secondary Master Scheduling. Facilitate and supportpletion of grant responsibilities (i.e. Texas Rural Pathways Network Grant and Effective Advising Grant) Provide supports and training around the CCMR indicators for state accountability Collaborate cross-departmentally to provide professional development for related staff on topics such as advising, CTE programs of study, accountability, and graduation Facilitate and attend ISD CTE advisorymittees when requested Coordinate with other relevant agencies Assist in facilitating the CTE Perkins SSA Contract with districts, as necessary, to provide services Develop and maintain partnerships with the Texas Education Agency (TEA), and other relevant professional organizations Travel (meaning to drive one's own vehicle) to and from LEA's to fulfill program and project specifications are required. Out of region travel may also be required.SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS

Up to 226 working days This is an at-will employment position. In the event of an economic slump, a reduction-in-force may be necessary. Employees will be notified in writingFUNDING SOURCE
Locally funded Grant funded. Grant funded positions may not exist past the end date.Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor and Master's degree in Education Valid Texas Teacher's Certificate Five years of relevant experience in management/administration of CCMP programs and CCMR tracking Knowledge of effective research: change process, systems thinking, organizational culture, and adult learners Ability to plan, implement, deliver, and sustain professional development for related school staff Advanced knowledge of and experience coordinating work-based learning experiences Advanced knowledge of graduation requirements and CTE pathways for students Proven ability to secure, administer, and oversee grant-funded programs Knowledge of federal and state accountability programs Rmended by the ESC Executive DirectorSalary Range:
