This energetic position involves guiding, mentoring, and supporting diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and autism. As a Coach, you will foster growth through tailored training, workforce development initiatives, and compassionate social work practices. Your enthusiasm and dedication will inspire positive change and help build stronger communities. Duties Develop and implement individualized coaching plans that promote skill-building, independence, and personal achievement Provide mentorship and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism to enhance their social, vocational, and life skills Conduct engaging training sessions focused on employment readiness, social skills, and behavioral development Assist in recruiting participants for programs by promoting opportunities and conducting interviews to assess needs and goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support strategies are in place Maintain accurate documentation of progress notes, coaching sessions, and program outcomes Stay informed about employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance in all activities Experience Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in a coaching or mentoring capacity Strong background in employment & labor law related to disability services and workplace accommodations Experience in addiction counseling, social work, or related fields is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to teach, train, and develop others through effective communication and motivational techniques Skilled in interviewing, recruiting, and conducting assessments to identify individual needs and strengths Knowledge of workforce development strategies to support career advancement for diverse populations Prior experience in training & development programs that foster skill acquisition and personal growth Join us as a Coach to make a meaningful impact—helping individuals unlock their potential while fostering inclusive communities!
