Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, CSI-focused Express Service Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for our express service customers. In this role, you will assess service needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure every customer interaction is efficient and exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Check-In:

Greet customers and facilitate a smooth, efficient arrival process.

Service Coordination:

Evaluate service needs, provide clear estimates, and coordinate with technicians.

CSI Focus:

Actively engage customers to exceed CSI targets by soliciting and responding to feedback.

Communication:

Serve as the vital link between customers and the service team, offering timely updates on service progress.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all service interactions and transactions.

Process Improvement:
