Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. A key aspect of the role is a strong focus on maintaining and exceeding our Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs. Provide accurate service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance services. Act as the liaison between customers and the service technicians to ensure clear, timely communication. Monitor vehicle repair progress and proactively update customers on the status and timeline. Maintain detailed service records, ensuring all customer interactions and transactions are well-documented.
