As an Employment Specialist, you'll work side-by-side with clients to help them find, secure, and grow in meaningful employment. You'll coach, mentor, advocate, and celebrate their wins—big and small. What You'll Do Partner with clients to explore strengths, interests, and career goals Support job searches, applications, resumes, and interview preparation Provide hands-on, on-the-job coaching and ongoing support Help clients build confidence, independence, and workplace success skills Advocate for client needs, including workplace accommodations when appropriate Build relationships with local employers and create new opportunities Conduct job analyses and ensure strong client-job alignment Collaborate with VR Counselors and provide timely progress updates Transport clients to job sites and support community integration Why This Role Matters You are the bridge between potential and opportunity. What You Bring Required:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to transport clients Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days At least 6 months of experience supporting individuals with disabilities A passion for coaching, mentoring, or teaching others What We Offer Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time options) Paid Time Off for all employees (yes—even part-time!)
