What You'll Do As a Job Coach, you'll work one-on-one with individuals, supporting them as they learn, grow, and succeed in real workplace settings.
You will:
Coach and teach job tasks in a supportive, hands-on way Break down tasks into simple, achievable steps Help build workplace habits and life skills that promote independence Encourage confidence, growth, and problem-solving Support clients in community-based job settings Transport clients as needed
Requirements:
