Supports individuals with disabilities in finding and keeping meaningful employment by building skills, confidence, and independence. Provides personalized coaching, job search assistance, and on-the-job support to help clients succeed in the workplace.
Job tasks:
Assist clients with life skills such as (bus training, good personal hygiene, helping the build their resumes, and any other items that will assist in successful employment withing the community.) Conduct work strategy assessments and mock interviews. Assist with on-site job training. (Job coaching.) Complete daily documentation.
Requirements:
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge. Flexible. Team player. Patient. Organized. Self-Driven. Must have a valid Utah drivers license. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass a drug screenig.
