Job Description

Fresh Start Outreach LLC seeks a compassionate Certified Peer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your personal recovery journey to support individuals facing mental health or substance abuse challenges. By fostering trust and resilience, you will empower clients to navigate their recovery process effectively.
Responsibilities:
Offer peer-based support and guidance. Lead group discussions, promoting shared healing experiences. Assist clients in developing and executing recovery plans. Connect clients with community resources and services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements :
Certification as a Certified Peer Support Specialist is a plus. Personal experience in mental health or substance recovery. Strong communication and empathetic listening skills. Familiarity with recovery resources and tools. Qualifications Driver's License Certified Peer Recovery Specialist via
