What You'll Do (Real-World Impact) This is not a desk job-you'll be out in the community supporting individuals at their workplaces. Coach and support individuals on the job at local businesses Help build confidence, independence, and job skills Assist with learning tasks, routines, and workplace expectations Support positive relationships between participants and employers Track progress and celebrate milestones Ensure safety and follow individualized support plans You're helping someone succeed at work-and that changes lives Why People Love This Job Set weekday schedule
