  • Supervised Clinical Role ACTS Community Services is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee (SUDPT) to join our outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team.
This position is designed for clinicians who are actively building their clinical experience under supervision while developing competency in SUD treatment. Position Overview Full-Time Non-Exempt (Hourly) Supervised Clinical Role Outpatient & IOP Services Key Responsibilities Direct Client Services (Supervised) Provide individual and group counseling services under the supervision of a certified SUDP. Support clients in maintaining engagement in treatment and recovery. IOP Group Facilitation (Supervised) Facilitate group sessions within the IOP structure, gradually increasing independence in group delivery. Assessment Support Participate in SUD assessments and contribute to treatment planning with guidance from a supervisor. Documentation Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner, with supervisory review as required. Who This Role Is For Individuals currently credentialed as SUDPT in Washington State Clinicians in the early stages of their SUD career seeking structured supervision Candidates interested in developing toward full SUDP certification Minimum Qualifications Active Washington State SUDPT credential (required) Basic experience or training in behavioral health or SUD services Associate degree or higher in a related field Willingness to receive supervision and feedback Compensation & Growth Hourly rate based on experience Structured supervision toward SUDP certification Opportunity for advancement into a full SUDP role About ACTS Community Services ACTS Community Services provides structured outpatient and intensive outpatient services with a focus on clinical consistency and professional development. We support trainees through supervised practice and clear pathways toward independent clinical roles.
