Skills:
Customer service skills. Basic computer skills. Experience working with the developmentally disabled Be ​ nefits : Employer Paid Healthcare Optional employee paid dental & Aflac Flexible schedule. Responsibilities Assist clients in identifying employment goals and developing job search strategies. Provide guidance on resume writing, interviewing techniques, and job application processes. Support individuals with disabilities in navigating the workforce. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and employability. Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws. Foster a supportive environment through mentoring and counseling, addressing any barriers to employment. Summary As an Employment Consultant/Job Coach, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals disabilities towards successful employment opportunities, particularly those with developmental disabilities and autism. Your role will leverage core skills in social work and workforce development. You will provide mentoring, training, and interviewing support to clients, ensuring they are well-prepared for the job market. Your commitment to customer service and ability to work with diverse populations will be essential in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
