Position Summary The Employment Consultant plays a key role in connecting individuals with disabilities to meaningful employment opportunities. This position involves developing employer partnerships, supporting job seekers through the employment process, and providing on-site coaching to ensure long-term success. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify job placement and career advancement opportunities Develop a network of businesses committed to inclusive hiring practices Manage a caseload of job seekers at various stages of the employment process Collaborate with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to support client success Provide on-site job coaching and training at diverse work locations Monitor client progress and support job retention and advancement Assist in developing Employment Support Plans in coordination with DVR staff Conduct outreach and educate employers on disability inclusion and Adonai services Maintain accurate case notes and complete required documentation in compliance with DVR standards Share job leads and collaborate with internal team members Provide feedback to improve service delivery and outcomes Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Competencies Experience working with individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds Strong ability to develop employment opportunities and employer partnerships Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer use Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Vocational Rehabilitation, Human Services, or a related field (preferred) Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Bilingual (Spanish) and/or American Sign Language (ASL) skills are a plus Why Join Adonai Employment?
