Live-in / Part time Caregiver-female only client preference (KENAI, SOLDOTNA,ALASKA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication under the direction of a nurse or healthcare provider
• Help with household chores and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients

Skills:

• Experience in senior care, nursing homes, hospice care, or related field
• Proficiency in medication administration and caregiving techniques
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia
• Strong social work skills and empathy towards patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
