Caregiver

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home or facility setting. This role is crucial in delivering personalized care, fostering independence, and maintaining dignity for those we serve. Duties Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor patient health by observing and recording changes in condition, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting clients safely to prevent injury. Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare providers. Ensure a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Experience Previous experience in senior care, home health, or hospice care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and monitoring health conditions is beneficial. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to upholding these standards is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, including lifting and assisting clients as needed. $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
